Conductive Coated Glass Slides

A transparent conductive oxide coating, abbreviated TCO, is a doped metal oxide thin film predominantly used in optoelectronic devices, for example flat panel displays and photovoltaics (incl. inorganic and organic devices as well as dye-sensitized solar cells). Most TCOs are manufactured with polycrystalline or amorphous microstructures. On average, the a forementioned applications use electrode materials that have >80% transmittance of incident light as well as conductivities >103 S/cm for efficient carrier transport.

We sell in MgO substrate with as-cleaved surface and stocks to clients requiring it for specific applications such as high-temperature superconducting film formation, ferroelectric film formation, magnetic film formation, diamond growth, is also apt for spattering.
As-cleaved MgO substrate is known to give better and secure epitaxial thin film owing to its better surface conditions. Other features include; it doesn't react with the film at the high temperature; offers high thermos-stability and great non-conductivity; as light transmission characteristics are unique, the amount that uses optics is desirable.
