ITO Coated Glass
The ITO coated glass is used majorly for solar cell makers. The Indium tin oxide (ITO) powder coating over a glass substrate hence it is called as ITO coated glass substrate. It is a transparent oxide which offers a conductivity to the coated surface. The available resistivity of the product is 10ohms/sq, 20 ohms/sq, 10ohms/sq. There is three variety of glass thickness, 1.1mm, 0.7 mm and 0.5mm. The ITO coated glass slides having broader applications such as touch screen, EMI shielding glass, RFI index, Display technology. The ITO forms a transparent coating having a transmittance higher than 85%. It is single side coated with haze less than 1, which makes the coated side conductive and other surface insulative. The maximum size we offer is 16 inches x 14 inches and also customized dimension as per need. We can customize the order as per client requirement. The patterning of ITO coated glass coverslip is possible as per design. The coating technology used for ITO coated glass is magnetron sputtering, which gives a uniform coating.

ITO Coated Glass Substrate has highly electrical conductivity yet with excellent transparence. It has been widely used in flat displays. The surface resistance of our ITO Coated Glass Substrate can be ranged from 8~100 Ohm/sq with the optical transmittance over 85%. Larger sized. ITO Coated Glass Substrate is available upon request. ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) glass slides provided from Shilpa Enterprises were made by coating ITO to single side of soda lime glass. These ITO coated glass, also called transparent conductive glass (TCO), come with different surface resistivity from 5 ohm/sq to 100 ohm/sq, with thickness from 0.5 mm to 2.2 mm. ITO coated glass has been used in LCD/OLED devices and many other devices requiring high electrical conductivity and good optical transmission. Our ITO coated glass has excellent surface roughness around +-5 nm. Thickness of our ITO coating ranges from 50 nm to 700 nm depends on their surface resistivity. Optical transmission of these ITO Coated Glass Substrate is over 85% in the visible range.

Shilpa Enterprises has long offered a product line of ITO Glass Slides products in different ITO Glass Slides coating thicknesses or resistivities. High transparency (from UV to NIR) ITO Glass Slides coatings have applications not only for microscopy but also when planar, electrically conductive surfaces are required that have the indicated transparency. Our ITO Glass Slides coatings provide good transparency and good conductivity with reduced charging of the substrate surface.
High Temperature Applications:
We have some test data on our ITO coating subjected to high temperatures for 3 x 12 hours cycles. Changes in resistance was observed and were found to be larger as temperatures got higher.
- 160 degree C 3 Cycles 2.5% Sheet Resistance Change
- 210 degree C 3 Cycles 4% Sheet Resistance Change
- 250 degree C 3 Cycles 16% Sheet Resistance Change
- We do not recommend using this product at temperatures higher than 350 C.
