ITO Coated PEN Film

We deal in ITO Coated PEN films (Polyethylene-Naphthalate) with the following standard & technical features:

1. Smooth surface with Excellent heat stability
2. Low moisture permeability
3. Good resistance to diluted acids and chemicals like Ketone, Greases and Oils, Halogenated Hydrocarbons, Alkalis, Aromatic hydrocarbons, Alcohols
4. Resistance to concentrated acids moderate to poor
5. Suitable for optoelectronic, optical and electronic application
6. We coat the film with indium tin oxide via sputter application to make them electro conductive
7. PEN film sheets available in 125-thickness in a standard A4 size
8. Standard sheet resistivity designed to cater for specific customer/industry in 100 ohms/sq., 50 ohms/sq., 15 ohms/sq.
9. Tensile strength of 220 MPa TD/MD
10. Elongation percentages (TD 110%; MD 130%)
11. Highly transparent with haze up to 2%; light transmittance of 87%; making them useful as superstrate/substrate within solar cells’ hetero-structure
12. Used in applications as Thin-film transistors, or TFTs, Photovoltaic cells, or PVs, Organic light-emitting diodes, or OLEDs
